What makes a healthy lifestyle?

First you need to drink lots of water and eat vegetables. You can exercise by going for a run and riding your bike. It is important to go to school everyday so you can learn about healthy  things and make sure you don 't play games inside just go play handball outside. Make your sandwich and put healthy lunch and get

smarter and never give up and just do it and do not eat junk food like hot chips, fizzy drinks and pork buns.  Stay hydrated by drinking water.
